Tsugami America is looking for a highly organized, detail-driven professional who can confidently manage several active repair and parts projects in a fast-paced office environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating complex workflows, communicating with multiple teams, and staying calm under pressure while maintaining exceptional accuracy.
Summary of Responsibility:
The individual holding the position of Parts and Rotary Repair Project Coordinator is responsible for preparing return repair paperwork, creating work orders, tracking and updating rebuild statuses, updating and communicating time-lines with vendors, distributors and customers, generating purchase orders, quotes and invoicing. This position strives to ensure the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction by performing the duties listed below:
As a Parts & Repair Project Coordinator, you’ll serve as a central point of coordination between customers, vendors, distributors, and internal departments to ensure repair and parts projects move efficiently from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate multiple repair and rebuild projects simultaneously
Create and manage work orders, purchase orders, quotes, and invoices
Track timelines, project status updates, and vendor communications
Maintain highly accurate records and electronic audit files
Communicate project progress clearly with customers, vendors, and internal teams
Ensure all documentation, approvals, and order details are completed accurately
Help resolve issues quickly to minimize delays and maintain customer satisfaction
Prioritize urgent requests while maintaining quality and accuracy
Work cross-functionally with service, parts, operations, and management teams

Qualifications and Competencies:
3+ years of experience in project coordination, customer support, operations, or administrative coordination
Experience managing multiple projects or workflows simultaneously
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills required
ERP or Salesforce experience is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-moving business environment
